    How do you work from home with a child?

    I am having a very difficult time working from home with a 2 year old in the house. Not because they are disruptive or anything and we have a nanny for the moment.

    I struggle most with finding motivation to work and stay focused when all I want to do is be with my child. It feels horrible knowing she’s right there and I can’t be with her. How do you cope with that and what strategies do you use to stay focused at work?
