Yes, you can!
But the yes has a few conditions to it.
The conditions will have to do with the religion you practice and your location while praying.

As a Christian, can you pray without a bra in your house?
You are free to pray anyhow you wish in your house, with a bra or no bra.
Wearing a bra doesn’t have anything to do with your prayer.
Prayer in itself is a communication with God and it’s spiritual.
What God needs from you is your concentration and your dedication to the prayer.
After all, God is a Spirit and He seeks people to worship him in truth and in spirit.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
John 4:24
However, if you have some male occupants in your house that may be with you while you pray and this person is not your husband then you will need to wear a bra. Of course, some brothers or fathers may feel comfortable even when you don’t wear a bra….that depends on the kind of relationship you have with them.
The kind of top you put on also matters. A sweatshirt may not reveal your nipple, it can form a padding around your breasts and that will be less distracting.
But if you have some other men apart from your husband, father, or brothers then you have to wear a bra because these other people can be sexually attracted to you. Even male cousins sometimes have been seen to have sexual attraction toward other female cousins.
The essence of wearing a bra is to ensure you’re not causing a man around to lust while you carry out a holy activity.
If you are alone in your room you can go all nude as much as you want.
As a Christian, can you pray without a bra in the Church?
As a Christian, you shouldn’t go into church without a bra let alone pray.
God expects Christians to conduct themselves in a holy and decent manner.
Having your nipples visible or semi-visible will get the attention of men all around the church.
It will be a fight for them to keep a focus on whatever is going on in the church.
It is however not an excuse for them to lust because they cannot control what every lady wears, but you will be pleasing the Lord by dressing in a way that is not distracting.
Remember that Jesus said:
You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery. But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Matthew 5:27-28
So you should help the men by dressing in a way that attracts lust.
Paul also said in 1 Timothy 2:9
And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes.

In essence, you shouldn’t pray in church without wearing a bra.
The best place to pray without a bra is in your living room.
So to the question – Can you pray without a bra?
The answer is yes but it also depends on the environment in which you’re praying.
